How to Find Revive Dental – Seattle
Our office is located in the Lakeview Medical Dental Building, at the corner of the 5-way intersection of NE 45th St, NE 45th Pl, Union Bay Pl NE, and Mary Gates Memorial Dr NE, The building is across the street from Aegis Living Laurelhurst.
When you arrive at the intersection from any direction, turn onto NE 45th Pl. The driveway to the building is right on NE 45th Pl, just beside the corner.
Parking:
Parking is available in front of and behind the building (marked with “P” on the map).
- Front parking (facing the intersection): After parking, you will need to go up one floor. Our office is located at Suite 211.
- Back parking: You will be on the same level as our office—simply enter the building and walk to Suite 211.
